About Us: Willie M. Sams is the owner of Group Home Consultants, Inc., and has over 22 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health illnesses. I have served these recipients through direct care service, management, residential oversight, as a provider and as an independent consultant. For the last 15 years we have assisted individuals with becoming providers and assisting them with remaining in compliance with state regulations. We have enjoyed empowering the direct care staff, managers, the provider, and the recipients we serve. We provide services throughout the state of Florida.
