One-on-one activities implemented by a behavior assistant specialist who uses a behavior analysis service plan to assist an individual in learning new behaviors that are directly related to existing challenging behaviors.

Requirements and Service Limitations

We have two group homes for adult women, located in Lakeland and Plant City, with immediate availability. We also provide transportation, respite, residential habilitation, non-residential supports and services, supported living coach, and behavior assistant. Contact: Atukuzwe Nyirenda

Moving Mountains Inc. is one of Citrus County's leading Med-Waiver service providers. We believe in helping to achieve the visions and goals of individuals with Developmental Disabilities. We have been providing high quality support since February 2003.

District 3 - Counties Include: Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Putnam, Suwannee, Union District 4 - Counties Include: Baker, Clay, Duval, St Johns, Nassau S.L.C.S.

SLCS an agency servicing individuals in supported living services where emphasis is placed on patterning each service category to fit the needs as well as the wants for each individual served. We ensure that each pattern is unique, adaptable and not repeatable. Our method of providing services contrasts with programs that use a curriculum model that everyone moves through regardless of their limitations.

Pediatric Health Choice, Inc.

We offer applied behavior analysis services that focus on the use of proactive skill development, and social inclusion. We specialize in providing services to children 0 to 18 with developmental disabilities or complex behavioral and emotional problems.
